Payment Plan

Because of the current financial situation and the concern for our students, the university upon special arrangement provides the below payment plan:

  • The required amount of 65% down payment of tuition at the time of registration by old students and 70% down payment for new students along with full amount of registration fee and 80 % down payment for IT students
  • From the balance owed; 20% of remaining tuition must be paid by old students and 15% by new students before midterm
  • Final payment of 15% for both old and new students before final examination

Refund Policy

  1. No refund, transfer and exchange of registration and other fees
  2. No refund for double payment of tuition
  3. Photocopies of bank slips will not be honored
  4. Bank slips issued to students to make payment at the designated banks must be done with 72 hours. Any bank slip returned to the UMU finance office after this time will be subject to a fine
  5. Deposit slip with alteration will not be accepted
