Refund Policy

  1. No refund, transfer and exchange of registration and other fees
  2. No refund for double payment of tuition
  3. Photocopies of bank slips will not be honored
  4. Bank slips issued to students to make payment at the designated banks must be done with 72 hours. Any bank slip returned to the UMU finance office after this time will be subject to a fine
  5. Deposit slip with alteration will not be accepted

Regulations Governing Student Probation

  1. Students on academic probation shall not be permitted to carry more than twelve credit hours
  2. Students on academic probation will not represent the university in any capacity (academic or athletic) nor hold any student office

Academic Suspension

  1. A student who fails to remove his probationary status within two successive semesters will go under an academic supervision for one semester
  2. A student under suspension must remain out of the university’s premises for the period of his suspension
  3. Re-admissions of students with academic suspension will be granted only by a written application to the Academic Committee who will consider the application and decide its merit

Student Leadership

The United Methodist University provides many opportunities to develop the leadership skills of students and to broaden their social and professional backgrounds for them to contribute to the university and their communities. Campus based politics through a student government, campus organization intellectual and religious programs are mediums by which the university encourages learning
