
Mr. Alfred Wuo Kulah
Chairman Public Administration Department
Alfred Wuo Kulah (MPPG) ’22, an administrator and public policy analysts, is now the chairperson of the United Methodist University’s Public Administration Department. He lectures courses in Public administrative doctrines and contextual public policy and national policy while serving as the chairperson of the Public Administration Department within the United Methodist university. He also works as an adjunct lecturer with the African Methodist Episcopal University in the Public Administration Department and also as an adjunct lecturer at the Liberia Institute of Public Administration (LIPA). After his graduate program at Africa University, Mature, Zimbabwe, where he obtains a Master Degree in Public Policy and Governance, he transitioned back to Liberia, developing a career in international development and providing administrative expertise with a policy driven direction by educating the younger generation at two of the country’s top three universities.
